Sakine, Devi Danda, May 1, 2080 (Saturday) – In a collaborative effort supported by Jugal-Sindhu Utthan Samaj and Hams Hospital, a one-day free health camp was organized at Kalikadevi Secondary School, serving the residents of villages belonging to Ward No. 2 and 3.
A total of 273 men and women from the local community were beneficiaries of this health camp, where expert doctors specializing in gynaecology and obstetrics, nose, ear, throat, and general medicine offered their services. Patients were not only examined thoroughly but also received free medications.
Addressing the event, the president of Jugal Sindhu-Utthan Samaj, Dr. Purna Bahadur Silwal, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the dedicated efforts of the medical professionals and volunteers from Hams Hospital. They, along with the school management committee and ward presidents, were honoured with certificates of appreciation for their invaluable contributions.
President of Jugal-Sindhu Utthan Samaj Sindhupalchok, Dr. Silwal, used the opportunity to shed light on the organization’s mission and upcoming programs. Likewise, Ward No. 2 President, Mr. Sudeep Shrestha, conveyed his heartfelt thanks to the team from Jugal-Sindhu Utthan Samaj and Hams Hospital for their unwavering commitment to serving the community by conducting this free health camp in his ward. The camp undoubtedly made a significant positive impact on the residents’ well-being.
