Mr Dhirja Bahadur Kayastha is a retired English teacher and administrator with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Education in English from Tribhuvan University and a Master’s degree in English Language Teaching from Kathmandu University. Throughout his career, he served as an English teacher and head teacher in Sindhupalchowk and Bhaktapur districts. After retiring in 2015, he became the Nepalese coordinator for Dr. Ezaki Naruho, a Japanese educational researcher. Mr. Kayastha is actively involved in the Retired Teacher Association (RTA) in Bhaktapur District and is a central Association of Community School Parents member. He is dedicated to promoting quality education through community school development and contributing to social transformation in the academic field experienced Teacher.
